Burj Technical Services has been keeping Dubai’s homes and businesses running smoothly for the past 20 years, and honestly, that kind of longevity in this city doesn’t come easy. We started out as a small team handling basic AC repairs and electrical fixes across a handful of villas in Jumeirah, and over the years we’ve grown into a full-service technical company covering everything from plumbing emergencies and MEP maintenance to complete villa renovations and annual maintenance contracts for commercial properties. What I’ve learned in two decades of working in Dubai’s heat, humidity, and round-the-clock pace is that clients here don’t just want someone who shows up, they want someone who shows up on time, knows the building regulations inside out, and fixes the problem properly the first time so they’re not calling again next week. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every job, whether it’s a leaking pipe at 2 AM in a Downtown apartment or a full HVAC overhaul for a warehouse in Al Quoz.
